What time does the event start?
Pre-registration and the Exhibit Hall opens Sunday, March 26th from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Welcome Cocktail Reception 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Registration continues on Monday March 27th starting at 7:30 a.m. and is open throughout conference times.
Presentations start Monday, March 27th at 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday same and Wednesday 8:00-late afternoon.
Manward Reception is 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27th; War Room Reception is 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28th; Chairman Circle Event will be 8:00-10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29th.

What time does the event end?
The last speaker will finish around 4pm on March 29th. The Chairman’s Circle reception will be that evening.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving on Sunday, March 26th 2023.
When should I depart?
We recommend departing Thursday, March 30th 2023.

What is a social guest?
A social guest is someone who does not want to attend the seminars. They are there to attend the meals as well as the reception.

The room rate is currently $329 per night. The price may increase closer to the event.

Am I required to stay at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club to attend?
No.
What is a Premier Member?
Premier Members receive full Club benefits, including access to the Club’s Pillar One Advisors, the Members-only portion of our website, plus invitations to all Club-sponsored events. At the Premier level, membership must be renewed on a yearly basis.
What is a Chairman’s Circle Member?
The most privileged level of membership and an elite group of our most active lifetime Members. Members at this level serve as the core of the Club, helping to shape its direction and objectives. Because of the vital role they play within the organization, Members of The Chairman’s Circle have access to a portion of the Club’s website that is designed and maintained exclusively for them. They also have a direct connection to The Chairman’s Circle liaison – who acts as a virtual concierge for the savviest of investors. The privileges extended to Chairman’s Circle Members are valued in the tens of thousands of dollars – all of which can still be handed down to the next generation. At The Chairman’s Circle level, membership is granted on a lifetime basis for a one-time payment and a nominal yearly maintenance fee. Is there a Livestream option available for this event?
There will be a Livestream option for IU 2023. More details will be available closer to the event.
What meals are included?
Breakfast is included each day. In addition, we also have sponsored lunches that you can sign up for at the event where invited experts will cover an investment topic. There will be hors d’oeuvres at the welcome reception and the Chairman’s Circle reception.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is smart casual.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled by Sunday January 1, 2023, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled after Jan 1 and before Saturday February 25, you will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. If cancelled after Saturday February 25 your registration fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future Voyager Club event minus a $100 processing fee per person. Cancellations for Social Guests will be refunded per the same policies as stated above.
