Hello Oxford Voyager Club Members,
I think I’m actually getting used to this “staying home” thing. That’s not a phrase you will ordinarily hear from me, EVER. So much of my last 19 years at the Oxford Club has been spent traveling around the world with our wonderful Members.
I remember my first conference, which was in October 2001 in Las Vegas. It was the annual Agora Wealth Symposium, and we were wondering if anybody would get on a plane after 9/11. Well, much to our surprise, we had a full house… and it was my first glimpse into how the Club operates and the opportunity to meet all the Members. I still remember Alex Green making a joke on stage about Continental Airlines.
Since then, I’ve traveled the globe, from Paris to Beijing to the island of Roatán, Honduras, to Russia. I’ve learned a lot from my travels and from our Members.
So I’m dreaming about getting on a plane and going ANYWHERE… but until then, I will virtually travel.
Here are some of my favorite sites since the last time we talked…
