This year’s Private Wealth Seminar is September 8-9th 2022.  

 

Where is the event being held? 

Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina.

What time does the event start? 

The schedule is still being finalized, but the event will start around 8:00am on September 8th 

 

What time does the event end? 

The event will end around 5:00pm on September 9th 

 

When should I arrive? 

We recommend arriving on Wednesday, September 7th 

 

When should I depart? 

We recommend departing Saturday, September 10th 

 

Where is the event schedule? 

The itinerary will be released closer to the event. When the schedule has been finalized, we will alert all attendees.

How do I cancel my registration?

How do I remove someone from my registration?

What is a social guest? 

A social guest is someone who does not want to attend the seminars. They are there to attend the meals as well as the reception.  

 

How do I make my room reservation? 

Please call 1.888.424.6961 (Press 2 for Group Reservation) to book your room. Mention that you are with The Oxford Club to receive your special rate. 

 

What are the room rates? 

Special Oxford Club Discounted Rate: Classic Guestroom – $369 – (a $400 discount because you are an Oxford Club Member) 

 

What is a Premier Member? 

Premier Members receive full Club benefits, including access to the Club’s Pillar One Advisors, the Members-only portion of our website, plus invitations to all Club-sponsored events. At the Premier level, membership must be renewed on a yearly basis. 

 

What is a Chairman’s Circle Member? 

The most privileged level of membership and an elite group of our most active lifetime Members. Members at this level serve as the core of the Club, helping to shape its direction and objectives. Because of the vital role they play within the organization, Members of The Chairman’s Circle have access to a portion of the Club’s website that is designed and maintained exclusively for them. They also have a direct connection to The Chairman’s Circle liaison – who acts as a virtual concierge for the savviest of investors. The privileges extended to Chairman’s Circle Members are valued in the tens of thousands of dollars – all of which can still be handed down to the next generation. At The Chairman’s Circle level, membership is granted on a lifetime basis for a one-time payment and a nominal yearly maintenance fee. Is there a Livestream option available for this event? 

Yes. There will be a Livestream option available. Registration for Livestream will open closer to the event.  

 

What meals are included? 

Breakfast and lunch both days. There will be hors d’oeuvres at the reception the first evening.  

 

What is the cancellation policy? 

If cancelled by July 22nd, 2022, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled after July 22nd, 2022, before Aug 12th, you will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. If cancelled after Aug 12th your registration fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future Voyager Club event minus a $100 processing fee per person. Cancellations for Social Guests will be refunded per the same policies as stated above. 

 

What is the dress code? 

The dress code for the event is smart casual.
